Delivery

We operate a free delivery service within the following postcodes: BN, BR, CR, DA, ME, RH, RM, SE, TN.  
 
A £50 charge is made for delivery to the following postcodes: AL, CM, CO, CT, E, EC, EN, GU, HA, HP, IG, KT, LU, N, NW, PO, SG, SL, SM, SS, TW, UB, W, WC, WD  
 
The service includes delivery, assembly where required, and disposal of all packaging. Our in-house team will take good care of your furniture and your property, and will leave your furniture ready to use.  
 
A £100 charge is made for deliveries to the following postcodes, and may be done by our in house team or a trusted and specialist furniture carrier: BH, CB, IP, MK, NN, OX, RG, SN, SO, SP  
 
Please contact us for availability and quotes for all deliveries outside of these areas.  
 
Deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm Mon - Fri. Deliveries may be possible outside of these times but may incur a small charge. We can give you an AM or PM slot, and may be able to provide a smaller delivery window depending on availability at the time. We will deliver the goods to the desired room where there is suitable access, and where here is no health and safety risk to our employees. Should there be a problem with access we will deliver to the nearest suitable location. Please note we will not deliver solid wood products into unsuitable and unheated locations such as sheds, garages, lofts etc.  
 
We regret we are unable to dispose of old furniture, beds, or mattresses, nor are we able to undertake drilling where products are designed to be fixed to a wall.
