Delivery

Delivery is free to the following postcodes, on all orders:  
 
BN, BR, CR, DA, ME, RH, RM, SE, TN, AL, CM, CO, CT, E, EC, EN, GU, HA, HP, IG, KT, LU, N, NW, PO, SG, SL, SM, SS, TW, UB, W, WC, WD. The service includes delivery, assembly where required, and disposal of all packaging. Our in-house team will take good care of your furniture and your property, and will leave your furniture ready to use.  
 
Other Postcodes:  
 
Orders up to £1000: A £100 charge is made for deliveries to all other postcodes in mainland UK, and may be carried out by our in house team or a trusted specialist furniture carrier.  
 
Orders over £1000 : Please contact us for a quote.  
 
Deliveries made by our in-house team are usually made between 8am and 5pm Mon - Fri. Deliveries may be possible outside of these times but may incur a small charge. We can give you an AM or PM slot, and may be able to provide a smaller delivery window depending on availability at the time. We will deliver the goods to the desired room where there is suitable access, and where there is no health and safety risk to our employees. Should there be a problem with access we will deliver to the nearest suitable location. Please note we will not deliver solid wood products into unsuitable and unheated locations such as sheds, garages, lofts etc.  
 
Where deliveries are made by specialist carrier, arrangements will be made by the carrier direct.  
 
We regret we are unable to dispose of old furniture, beds, or mattresses, nor are we able to undertake drilling where products are designed to be fixed to a wall.
